Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product. For product returns, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

The implementation of this contract is governed by Turkish Law, and the Ankara Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized in case of disputes.
Exchange Conditions
Please notify us of your exchange request within five days of receiving your product. For specific items like personalized ones, exchanges can only be made for the same model. If you request an exchange for a different product, any price difference will be charged to your account. The shipping cost for the exchange is borne by the sender; that is, if you send the product, you pay the fee, and if we send it, we pay the fee. We recommend using local shipping services for exchanges.
